1-year warranty for all dashcam models, covering non-human-factor defects.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

2. Replacement & Repair

Within warranty period: free repair or replacement of defective units.
Outside warranty: repair services are available with a service fee.

3. Customer Support

Technical support provided via email and WhatsApp within 48 hours.
Product manuals and troubleshooting guides will be provided to all agents.

4. Return Policy

Products must be returned with original packaging for warranty claims.
Buyer bears shipping cost for returns, seller covers cost of replacement shipping.
